Reports are non-refundable once delivered to WhatsApp. If delivery fails on our side, you get a full refund.
1. What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service. Nothing more.

2. Why we collect it
WhatsApp number — to send you your PDF report and to identify your session when you return within 24 hours on any device.
Simulation inputs — to generate your personalised report. Stored so we can regenerate if delivery fails.
Disclaimer acknowledgement — a legal record, timestamped and versioned, that you agreed this tool is a calculator and not financial advice. This protects both you and us.
Payment data — financial audit trail for our records, for Razorpay compliance, and to process refunds where applicable.
3. Third parties we share with — without your consent
We share data with the following service providers to operate the platform. None of these parties may use your data for their own marketing or profiling purposes.

We do not sell your data. We do not allow any processor to use your data for purposes beyond operating this service.
4. The home loan referral — explicit consent only
After your report is delivered, you may see an optional offer to connect with a home loan specialist. This is entirely separate from your report — it has no bearing on anything you have paid for.
If you choose to consent and fill in the referral form, the following happens:
- ✓We share with BankBazaar (our current lending partner): your name, WhatsApp number, city, employment type, approximate monthly income, and loan requirement from your simulation.
- ✓BankBazaar or one of their lending partners may contact you by phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- ✓You can opt out of further contact by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from them.
- ✓We receive a referral commission if you proceed to take a loan through their platform. We disclose this so you understand our incentive.
Our current lending partner: BankBazaar. If this changes, this policy will be updated and the consent form will name the new partner before you consent.
5. Refund policy
✓ You are entitled to a full refund if:
- ✓Payment is confirmed but your PDF report is not delivered to WhatsApp within 1 hour
- ✓A technical error on our side prevents the simulation from generating
- ✓You are charged twice for the same session
✗ Refunds are not available if:
- ✗Your PDF report has been delivered to WhatsApp
- ✗You entered an incorrect WhatsApp number (we will resend to the correct number as a goodwill gesture)
- ✗You are unhappy with the simulation result — the maths reflects your inputs
- ✗Your 24-hour session has expired
To request a refund, email privacy@ownorinvest.com with your report reference number (RPT-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) and payment ID from Razorpay. We will respond within 24 hours.
6. How long we keep your data

7. Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights:
This policy is written primarily under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a resident of Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, UAE, or any other jurisdiction with data protection legislation, we will honour your rights under those laws to the best of our ability. In all cases, email privacy@ownorinvest.com and we will respond within 30 days.
To exercise any right, email privacy@ownorinvest.com with your WhatsApp number and report reference number. We will respond within 72 hours.
8. Disclaimer — this tool is not financial advice
We are not registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as investment advisers. Nothing on this platform — the simulator output, the verdict, the year-by-year table, the sensitivity analysis, the PDF report, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial planning advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
